Als Customer Insights Analyst bij Intergamma ontdek je wat klanten beweegt en waar kansen liggen. Je vertaalt klant- en marketingdata naar concrete inzichten die leiden tot relevantere klantinteracties, sterkere relaties en groei. Wat ga je doen? - Analyseer klantgedrag en klantwaarde van kaarthouders voor GAMMA Nederland, GAMMA België en Karwei. Identificeer verschillen in retentie, herhaalaankopen, klantwaarde en groeipotentieel. - Voer klant- en marketinganalyses uit rond campagne-effectiviteit, acquisitie, conversie, kanaalperformance en marketingefficiëntie. Vertaal bevindingen naar concrete aanbevelingen. - Onderzoek en test campagnes, customer journeys en personalisaties met A/B-tests en hold-outs. Maak uplift en incrementale impact inzichtelijk. - Ontwikkel en verfijn segmentaties, identificeer kansen voor retentie, activatie en cross- en upsell. Ondersteuning aan recommendation-modellen en het loyaliteitsprogramma. - Werk samen met CRM, Marketing Automation, Data & Analytics en BI. Vertaal inzichten naar campagnes en journeys, en verken nieuwe mogelijkheden in AI en predictive analytics. Wat neem je mee? - HBO- of WO-niveau, bij voorkeur in een analytische, data- of onderzoeksgerichte richting zoals Econometrie, Data Science, Business Analytics of vergelijkbaar. - 2 tot 5 jaar werkervaring in customer, marketing of Data & Analytics. Ervaring in retail, e-commerce of FMCG is een pré. - Kennis van klant-, transactie- en marketingdata. Ervaring met CRM, loyalty, cohort- en lifecycle-analyses, RFM, segmentatie en Customer Lifetime Value. - Analytisch, nieuwsgierig en commercieel ingesteld.
