Customer Management Officer Emmeloord 36 - 40 uur Functieomschrijving Wil jij werken op het snijvlak van commercie, klantcontact en organisatie? Als Customer Management Officer bij Farmel zorg jij ervoor dat commerciële afspraken ook daadwerkelijk goed worden uitgevoerd. Je werkt nauw samen met de Sales Manager, hebt contact met verschillende afdelingen en krijgt de ruimte om zelf kleinere commerciële deals op te pakken. Binnen de afdeling Vloeibaar draait alles om snel schakelen. Dagelijks worden melk- en zuivelstromen georganiseerd voor klanten in onder andere Nederland, België, Duitsland en Frankrijk. Jij bewaakt het overzicht, zorgt dat afspraken correct worden verwerkt en springt bij wanneer een levering, klantvraag of administratief proces extra aandacht nodig heeft. Dit is daarmee geen klassieke administratieve functie. Je staat dicht bij de handel, krijgt veel mee van het commerciële proces en hebt direct contact met collega's die verantwoordelijk zijn voor klanten en leveranciers. Een interessante positie voor iemand die nauwkeurig werkt, maar ook energie krijgt van commercie en dynamiek. Wat ga je doen? - Je bent de eerste back-up van de Sales Manager en krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig kleinere deals af te ronden; - Je vertaalt commerciële afspraken met klanten en leveranciers naar duidelijke interne acties en processen; - Je ondersteunt bij contractmanagement, kredietchecks en het verwerken en onderhouden van masterdata; - Je bewaakt afspraken, KPI's en klanttevredenheid en schakelt bij afwijkingen met de juiste collega's; - Je bent intern een belangrijk aanspreekpunt wanneer een levering of afspraak anders loopt dan gepland; - Je ondersteunt bij debiteuren- en crediteurenbeheer; - Je behandelt samen met collega's klachten en claims en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging; - Je denkt actief mee over hoe processen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen worden ingericht.
