Werk je graag met systemen en data, zonder dat je een IT-specialist bent? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou. Als Customer Operations Specialist zorg jij ervoor dat onze Wholesale (B2B) klanten soepel met ons kunnen samenwerken. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor vragen over data en digitale koppelingen en zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen goed geregeld is. Je begeleidt nieuwe klanten bij de inrichting van de samenwerking, houdt datastromen in de gaten en lost eventuele verstoringen op. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met Sales, Customer Service en IT. Jij hoeft geen koppelingen te programmeren, maar begrijpt wel hoe systemen samenwerken en vindt het leuk om uit te zoeken waar iets misgaat. Door jouw klantgerichte instelling en analytisch vermogen zorg je voor een optimale samenwerking met onze klanten én help je processen continu te verbeteren. Dagelijks houd jij je bezig met: - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen over data-uitwisseling en digitale koppelingen. - Je begeleidt de onboarding van nieuwe wholesale klanten en zorgt ervoor dat de digitale samenwerking goed wordt ingericht. - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van data en signaleert afwijkingen of verstoringen. - Je onderzoekt problemen en zorgt samen met collega's voor een passende oplossing. - Je stemt af met Sales, Customer Service en IT om klantvragen snel en goed op te lossen. - Je denkt actief mee over hoe processen slimmer, efficiënter en klantvriendel...
