Als Fulltime Customer Operations Specialist in Den Haag ben jij de verbinder tussen patiënt, zorgprofessional en onze interne teams. Wat jij regelt aan de voorkant, bepaalt direct de kwaliteit en snelheid van de zorg die de patiënt ontvangt. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Patiënt- en klantcontact: Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor patiënten (telefonisch en aan de balie) en helpt hen met uiteenlopende vragen. Je neemt vanaf het eerste moment de leiding in hun traject. - Proces- en orderbewaking: Je volgt de voortgang van orders nauwlettend en stemt af met externe partners. Loopt er iets vertraging op? Jij pakt direct de regie, achterhaalt de oorzaak en zorgt voor een snelle oplossing. - Intern schakelen: Je werkt nauw samen met orthopedisch technologen, leveranciers en de afdelingen Clinical, Productie en Operations om te zorgen dat alle stappen naadloos op elkaar aansluiten. - Meebouwen aan de organisatie: Omdat deze organisatie hard groeit, denk je actief mee over hoe we onze processen, teams en patiëntenzorg verder kunnen optimaliseren en opschalen.
