Vacature: Customer & Project Administrator

Onze klant is wereldleider in elektrische en digitale infrastructuur. Als Customer and Project Administrator maak je deel uit van het Customer Service-team binnen de Operations-afdeling.

Je komt terecht in een team van 10 collega's en speelt een belangrijke rol in de administratieve en praktische opvolging van klantorders en projecten. Van zodra Sales een project binnenhaalt, zorg jij mee voor de administratieve opvolging ervan tot aan de uiteindelijke levering. Je houdt het overzicht, bewaakt de timing en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen over de juiste informatie beschikken.

  • Je organiseert Kick-off meetings met het sales team en interne afdelingen om projecten vanaf het begin op de juiste koers te zetten.
  • Je houdt het overzicht over projecten, hebt oog voor details en weet de belangrijkste prioriteiten helder te stellen.
  • Je anticipeert proactief op productbehoeften van projecten
  • Je fungeert als belangrijkste contactpersoon tussen verschillende interne en externe partijen (andere diensten en collega's, leveranciers, logistiek, productie, transport, groothandels, klanten, verkoopteams, ...).
  • Je behandelt klachten en retourzendingen van klanten (creditnota's, herleveringen, ...).
  • Je biedt telefonische ondersteuning aan klanten en verkoopteams (levertijdens, voorraad, aanvragen, ...)
  • Je beheert de administratieve opvolging van klantorders en projecten op in de ERP- en CRM-systemen, zodat alles perfect wordt vastgelegd en uitgevoerd.
  • Je bewaakt proactief levertijden en springt in bij mogelijke vertragingen of tekorten voordat deze een probleem worden.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het behandelen van prijsaanvragen, levertermijnvragen en resterende leveringen.
  • Je verzekert de correcte opvolging van leveringen en anticipeert op onvoorziene situaties tijdens het transport.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelordiploma op zak.
  • Je hebt minstens een eerste ervaring in Customer Service en weet hoe je zelfstandig projecten administratief en logistiek tot een succes maakt.
  • Supply Chain-processen en administratie in een B2B-context zijn voor jou bekend terrein.
  • Je hebt passie voor administratie en een scherp oog voor cijfers.
  • Je bent vaardig met diverse ICT-tools en systemen, waaronder MS Office (met Excel-vaardigheden) en ERP-systemen.
  • Met jouw klantgerichte mindset weet je altijd oplossingen te vinden die passen bij de behoeften van de klant.
  • Communiceren gaat je uitstekend af, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Je beschikt over een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans. Kennis van de Engelse taal is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent in staat om bedrijfsprocessen kritisch te bekijken en voorstellen te doen tot verbetering.
  • Je bent een teamspeler die graag samenwerkt en bijdraagt aan een collegiale sfeer.
