Am Produktionsstandort Schrems erweitern wir aktuell unsere Kapazitäten im Bereich der hochautomatisierten Produktion sowie Niederspannungsanlagen, welche in einer neuen modernen Fertigungshalle umgese... 1 Customer Project Manager (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben: * Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Umsetzung von Niederspannungs-Schaltanlagen-Projekten von Auftragseingang bis Auslieferung bzw. Übergabe inklusive Planung, Priorisierung und Terminverfolgung * Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Kunden und interne Front-End-Teams während der gesamten Projektlaufzeit mit aktiver Steuerung von Abstimmungen, Statusberichten und Eskalationen * Enge Koordination aller beteiligten internen Funktionen wie Engineering, Einkauf, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Produktion, Test/FAT und Logistik zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Projektablaufs * Steuerung und Überwachung aller Projektmeilensteine (z. B. Kick-off, IFC-Freigabe, Materialverfügbarkeit, Montagebeginn, FAT, Versand) sowie frühzeitige Risikoidentifikation und -mitigation * Führung des Änderungsmanagements bei Kunden- und internen Änderungen inklusive Bewertung der Auswirkungen auf Kosten, Termine und Umfang sowie Sicherstellung einer sauberen Umsetzung * Sicherstellung von Qualität, Liefertermintreue und Kundenzufriedenheit durch FAT-Unterstützung, vollständige Projektdokumentation, transparentes Reporting und Durchführung von Lessons Learned

Ihr Profil: * Abgeschlossenes Ausbildung im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Operations oder eine vergleichbare Richtung * 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Projekt-, Auftrags- oder Kundenprojektmanagement, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Umfeld * Erfahrung mit elektrischen Produkten, Schaltanlagen oder industriellen Projekten von Vorteil sowie grundlegendes Verständnis technischer Zeichnungen und Engineering-Zusammenhänge * Gute Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP) und Projekt-Tracking-Tools * Ausgeprägte Planungs-, Koordinations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise * Hohe Kunden- und Ergebnisorientierung, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Eigenverantwortung und Problemlösungskompetenz

Bei Erfüllung aller Anforderungen ist für diese Position ein Bruttojahresgehalt in Höhe von 65.000 € angedacht. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung vorgesehen. Automatische Vorrückungen und eine damit einhergehende Erhöhung des Lohnes nach 2 / 4 / 7 / 10 Jahren sind im Kollektivvertrag geregelt.
