Hoe ziet jouw functie als Customer Quality Engineer eruit?

  • Kwaliteitsproblemen vanuit klanten analyseren en oplossen, waarbij je non-conformiteiten van melding tot structurele oplossing opvolgt.
  • Klanten begeleiden tijdens kwaliteitscontroles en keuringen en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor kwaliteitsgerelateerde vraagstukken.
  • Kwaliteitsdata verzamelen en vertalen naar KPI's, Pareto-analyses en concrete verbeteracties.
  • Structurele verbetertrajecten uitwerken aan de hand van onder andere 8D-methodieken en toezien op correctieve en preventieve maatregelen.
  • Procedures en werkinstructies verder uitbouwen in nauwe samenwerking met Quality, Engineering en Productie.

De organisatie combineert de mogelijkheden van een internationale groep met een mensgerichte en collegiale werkomgeving. Verschillende technische afdelingen werken nauw samen, waardoor je vanuit Quality rechtstreeks impact hebt op zowel het product als de tevredenheid van de eindklant. Welke expertise neem je mee?

  • Minimaal een bachelor in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen quality of een technische productieomgeving vormt een sterke troef.
  • Vertrouwd met kwaliteitsmethodieken zoals 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA of MSA.
  • Analytisch sterk en tegelijk communicatief genoeg om zowel klanten als interne collega's mee te krijgen.
  • Kennis van ISO 9000 en ISO 14001 en een vlotte omgang met MS Office.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
