Takenpakket

Als Customer Quality & Production Coordinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de correcte afhandeling van klachten en de administratieve opvolging van productieopdrachten. Je vormt de schakel tussen klanten, leveranciers en externe afwerkingspartners.

Productie- en afwerkingsopvolging

  • Je coördineert diverse productie- en afwerkingsopdrachten.
  • Je plant en volgt productieorders op en bewaakt de afgesproken doorlooptijden.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat materialen tijdig beschikbaar zijn voor verdere verwerking of levering aan de klant.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met verschillende betrokken partijen en grijpt proactief in wanneer vertragingen of problemen dreigen.

Klachtenbeheer leveranciers

  • Je behandelt kwaliteitsproblemen met leveranciers en verzamelt de nodige informatie om dossiers correct op te volgen.
  • Je bezorgt foto's, documentatie en facturen aan leveranciers ter ondersteuning van klachten.
  • Je volgt creditnota's nauwgezet op en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling.
  • Je formuleert gegronde klachten op een professionele manier naar leveranciers om tot een passende oplossing te komen.

Klachtenbeheer klanten

  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten met klachten rond kwaliteit en transport.
  • Je verwerkt retouraanvragen en volgt klachtendossiers van A tot Z op.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat klachten binnen de vooropgestelde termijn worden afgehandeld.
  • Je onderzoekt de oorzaak van problemen en stemt af met interne en externe partijen om tot een oplossing te komen.

Profiel

Om deze functie succesvol uit te oefenen, zoeken we een kandidaat die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zich vastbijt in dossiers.

  • Diploma: Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring: Je beschikt bij voorkeur over minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen customer service, klachtenbeheer, productieopvolging of een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is een troef.
  • Affiniteit met textiel is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Talenkennis: zeer goede kennis Nederlands, alsook goede kennis Frans & Engels.
  • IT-kennis: Je werkt vlot met ERP-systemen en administratieve software.
  • Persoonlijkheidskenmerken: Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag samen met verschillende partijen. Je bent oplossingsgericht en houdt ervan om dossiers volledig af te werken. Je bent nauwkeurig en georganiseerd. Je neemt initiatief en denkt proactief mee. Je behoudt het overzicht wanneer meerdere dossiers tegelijkertijd lopen.
