Voor een bedrijf gespecialiseerd in veiligheidsmaterialen en persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen in Boechout, zijn we bij Unique op zoek naar een Customer Relations Specialist die zich zal toespitsen op overheidsinstellingen.

In deze rol ben je de spilfiguur tussen de organisatie en de klanten binnen de publieke sector. Je bouwt duurzame relaties uit, bewaakt contractafspraken en zorgt ervoor dat klanten kunnen rekenen op een uitstekende service.

Dit is jouw takenpakket:

  • Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten binnen de publieke sector en volgt vragen en dossiers nauwgezet op.
  • Je bewaakt contractafspraken, prijzen en servicelevels en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve en commerciële opvolging van je dossiers.
  • Je denkt mee na over oplossingen die aansluiten bij de behoeften van de klant en detecteert opportuniteiten binnen bestaande contracten.
  • Je ondersteunt de Accountmanager bij het uitbouwen van zowel bestaande als nieuwe klantrelaties en groeit uit tot een betrouwbare partner voor jouw klanten.
  • Je behandelt vragen en klachten op een professionele manier en begeleidt klanten bij het optimaliseren van hun processen en samenwerking.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelorsdiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je kijkt terug op enkele jaren ervaring binnen customer service, commerciële binnendienst of sales support.
  • Heb je al ervaring met aanbestedingen, contractbeheer of de publieke sector? Dat is een mooie troef.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en behoudt overzicht in (vaak complexe) dossiers. Jij denkt in oplossingen en neemt proactief je verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van Excel (Vlookup, draaitabellen, ..) en ervaring met ERP-systemen. Ervaring met SAP is een mooie plus.
