Ben jij de persoon die klanten met een gerust gevoel laat exporteren? Voor onze klant, een toonaangevende speler in maritieme en internationale logistiek, zoeken we een Customer Relations Officer Export. Jij begeleidt klanten van A tot Z doorheen hun exportdossiers en bent de sleutel tot hun tevredenheid.

Dit is geen standaard administratieve job. Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor je klanten, ook wanneer het even spannend wordt, en je bouwt relaties op voor de lange termijn. Heb je al een eerste ervaring in customer service of logistiek, of ben je een junior met de juiste instelling? Dan krijg je hier een grondige opleiding, een vast contract en een brutomaandloon vanaf €3.400.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je volgt exportdossiers op van aanvraag tot levering
  • Je houdt klanten proactief op de hoogte van hun zendingen
  • Je beantwoordt vragen en klachten oplossingsgericht via telefoon, e-mail en persoonlijk contact
  • Je verwerkt de administratie van exporttransacties correct in de systemen
  • Je werkt samen met interne teams en externe partners om problemen snel op te lossen
  • Je denkt mee over hoe de klantervaring nog beter kan
  • Je bouwt sterke relaties op met vaste klanten
  • Een bachelor in logistiek management, supply chain of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • 1 tot 2 jaar ervaring in customer service, logistiek of export, juniors met een goede instelling zijn welkom
  • Uitstekend Nederlands en Engels, Frans of Duits is een troef
  • Sterk in organiseren en meerdere dossiers tegelijk opvolgen
  • Klantgericht, stressbestendig en flexibel
  • Vlot met MS Office en snel thuis in nieuwe software
  • Een teamplayer met een positieve houding
