Met geavanceerde kranen, een uitgebreid straddle carrier-park én de inzet van onze medewerkers zorgen we voor een veilige, efficiënte en duurzame afhandeling van containers.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je beheert en coördineert de opvolging van containergerelateerde schadegevallen van A tot Z, in nauwe samenwerking met interne en externe stakeholders
  • Je fungeert als schakel tussen operationele afdelingen, klanten en partners, en zorgt voor een vlotte en transparante communicatie
  • Je analyseert schadecases en volumes, en vertaalt inzichten naar verbeteracties en efficiëntere processen
  • Je volgt herstellingen, verloren containers en kosten nauwgezet op en bewaakt de correctheid en volledigheid van de administratie
  • Je zorgt voor een tijdige en correcte informatiestroom naar facturatie en andere betrokken diensten
  • Je draagt actief bij aan het optimaliseren van procedures, servicekwaliteit en klanttevredenheid
  • Als Customer Relations Specialist ben jij de operationele spil in douanezaken: je bewaakt compliance, bouwt sterke relaties met interne en externe stakeholders en vertaalt veranderende regelgeving en Port Community-vereisten naar slimme, efficiënte terminalprocessen.
  • Een bachelor in een bedrijfseconomische richting en enkele jaren relevante ervaring in een klantgerichte of operationele rol
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Affiniteit met data-analyse en ervaring met tools zoals MS Office, Power BI of QlikView
  • Een analytische, gestructureerde mindset met oog voor procesverbetering
  • Teamgerichtheid, klantfocus en verantwoordelijkheidszin
