Wat ga je precies doen Jouw werkdag als Klantenservice Medewerker

Je start en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor patiënten met vragen over hun slaapapneu-therapie of apparatuur. Je luistert aandachtig en begeleidt patiënten stap voor stap, zodat zij hun therapie succesvol kunnen voortzetten.

Wat je doet als Klantenservice Medewerker:

- Luisteren en meedenken: Je neemt de zorgen van patiënten serieus en biedt passende oplossingen; - Adviseren en begeleiden: Je geeft deskundig advies over het gebruik en de instellingen van apparatuur; - Dossiervorming: Je werkt patiëntendossiers bij zodat alle informatie overzichtelijk beschikbaar is; - Ondersteunen van collega’s: Samen met je team zorg je voor een soepel en professioneel proces.

Tijdens je eerste weken word je gekoppeld aan een buddy, zodat je snel de werkwijze en cultuur van het team leert kennen. Functie-eisen ✅ Wie jij bent als Klantenservice Medewerker:

Je hebt minimaal MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau; - Je bent handig met administratieve systemen; - Je bent communicatief sterk, klantgericht en kunt goed prioriteiten stellen; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt overzicht, ook in drukke periodes; - Je bent minimaal 24 uur beschikbaar.
