Heb jij een talent voor luisteren en het oplossen van vragen? Onze klant, een toonaangevende speler in de sanitairsector, zoekt een energieke klantenservicemedewerker voor het team in Schoten. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten die vragen hebben over producten, bestellingen, retouren en aftersales. Je houdt het hoofd koel wanneer de telefoon rinkelt, e-mails binnenstromen en chats of Whatsapp-berichten verschijnen. Dankzij jouw hulp verlopen de serviceprocessen vlot en voelt elke klant zich gehoord en geholpen.

Werken bij de klantenservice betekent een afwisselende en dynamische job, waarin je snel schakelt, zelfstandig problemen oplost en collega’s inschakelt waar nodig. Aan het einde van de dag ga je voldaan naar huis, wetende dat je een verschil hebt gemaakt voor alle klanten.

Takenpakket:

  • Beantwoorden van inkomende telefoons, e-mails, chats en Whatsapp-berichten van klanten.
  • Helpen bij vragen over producten, bestellingen, retouren en aftersales.
  • Zelfstandig oplossingen zoeken en doorverwijzen naar de juiste collega’s indien nodig.
  • Bijdragen aan een klantvriendelijke en efficiënte service-ervaring.

Ben jij communicatief sterk en kan je goed schakelen in een dynamische omgeving? Dan ben jij onze ideale match.

  • Je bent energiek, klantgericht en stressbestendig.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans, kennis Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent een echte teamspeler.
  • Je beschikt over een basis digitale vaardigheid: Word, Excel en mailprogramma’s.
  • Je hebt een positieve en proactieve ingesteldheid en gaat uitdagingen met een glimlach aan.
  • Je kan om de week werken op zaterdag.
