Als customer service op de binnendienst ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen het customer service team. Bied je graag ondersteuning aan in het verkoopproces en hou je ervan om te multitasken? De functie inhoud Welk takenpakket voer je uit als customer service in Roeselare?

  • De administratieve opvolging van de klanten: offertes opstellen, verkoop ondersteunen, facturen maken, contracten opvolgen.
  • Het opbouwen van langetermijnrelaties met klanten staat centraal.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de planners, technische dienst & account managers, zo zoek je naar de beste oplossing en probeer je als team de vooropgestelde omzet te behalen.
  • Daarnaast behandel je binnenkomende klachten en ga je in gesprek met de klant.
  • Last but not least bel je particuliere aanvragen op en volg je hen op.
