How you make an impact: Our EMEA Customer Service team is an important link between customers and colleagues across Sales, Engineering, Production, Credit, and Logistics. From our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, we provide timely, accurate support while helping customers identify solutions that create meaningful value for their businesses. Collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement are at the heart of how we work. As a Customer Service Account Representative, you will manage customer enquiries, quotations, and orders while building strong, long-term B2B relationships.
