Onze klant Valipac is de drijvende kracht achter de recyclage van bedrijfsmatige verpakkingen in België en bouwt actief mee aan een circulaire economie. Je komt terecht in een organisatie die 7.000 klanten en 40.000 bedrijven ondersteunt in hun duurzame missie. Voor dit dynamische team in volle ontwikkeling zoeken wij een gedreven collega.

Als Customer Service Advisor speel je een sleutelrol in de dagelijkse ondersteuning van klanten en prospecten. Je garandeert een vlotte administratieve afhandeling en biedt heldere begeleiding omtrent hun verplichtingen en het gebruik van het Valipac-systeem. In deze dynamische rol combineer je naadloos klantcontact, administratie en analytisch werk om zo steeds een positieve klantervaring te creëren.

  • Ondersteunen van bedrijven bij het opmaken en analyseren van hun jaarlijkse verpakkingsaangifte.
  • Adviseren over verpakkingswetgeving, zodat klanten altijd aan hun wettelijke verplichtingen voldoen.
  • Behandelen van specifieke en complexe klantdossiers zoals fusies, splitsingen en faillissementen.
  • Begeleiden van bedrijven bij het correct aanvragen en opvolgen van premies.
  • Informeren van prospecten en hen vlot en accuraat doorheen het aansluitingsproces loodsen.
  • Onderhouden van kwalitatief contact via telefoon, schriftelijk of via Teams-meetings.

Je bent een échte teamspeler die veel energie haalt uit de samenwerking met collega's en diverse externe gesprekspartners. Dankzij je klantgerichte DNA en behulpzame natuur, denk je proactief mee en haal je voldoening uit het ondersteunen van anderen. Je beschikt over een gezonde dosis nieuwsgierigheid, flexibiliteit en de wil om allround kennis op te bouwen binnen een kleinere, dynamische kmo-omgeving. Ook als ambitieuze starter die snel wil bijleren, pas je perfect in dit plaatje.

¾ Opleiding: je hebt minstens een bachelor denkniveau.

¾ Kennis: Sterke affiniteit met cijfers en een feilloze nauwkeurigheid bij het verwerken van data en administratieve dossiers.

¾ Talen: Vlotte professionele kennis mondeling en schriftelijk van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
