Tijdens elk contactmoment met de klant ben je als Customer Service Agent bezig om op een professionele manier de service van een hoog niveau te voorzien. Je werkt daarnaast samen met een divers en gezellig team. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Het vriendelijk en professioneel aannemen en registreren van storings- en opsluitingsmeldingen per telefoon; - Het dispatchen van storingsmeldingen aan liften, roltrappen en automatische deuren naar de juiste servicemonteur; - Nauwkeurig en zorgvuldig documenteren van gegevens in het systeem. - Je zet net dat stapje extra om ervoor te zorgen dat er weinig tot geen 'calls' in de wacht staan; - Leveren van support aan klanten en gebruikers en hen voorzien van de beste service. Jouw profiel - Als Customer Service Agent heb je een klantvriendelijke houding, uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en ben je stressbestendig; - MBO-4 werk- en denkniveau; - Proactieve houding en doorzettingsvermogen, je laat je niet snel uit het veld slaan; - Het vermogen om documenten juist te interpreteren, zoals veiligheidsreglementen, instructies en procedures; - Goede kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift; - Ervaring in een klantenservice omgeving is een pré; - Ervaring met het werken met CRM systemen is een pré (wij werken met Salesforce); - Woonachtig in de Randstad. - 24 tot 32 uur beschikbaar.
