En tant que premier point de contact pour nos membres, tu es responsable de prendre en charge leurs préoccupations et de les aider. Que ce soit par téléphone, e-mail, chat ou WhatsApp, tu es la voix du service Swapfiets! Ton objectif est de résoudre les éventuels problèmes de nos clients afin qu'ils puissent continuer à profiter de leur vélo sans souci. Tu as toujours une longueur d'avance et offres une aide proactive avant même que nos clients ne la demandent. Aucune question n'est trop compliquée ou trop grande pour toi! Avec une grande équipe de collègues sympas, tu répondras à toutes les questions. Et si tu vois que quelque chose peut être amélioré, tu proposes de manière proactive une nouvelle solution! De plus, tu travailles avec précision et veilles à ce que tout soit correctement enregistré dans nos systèmes. Ainsi, nous pouvons continuer à offrir le meilleur service possible à l'avenir!
