Pour notre client situé à Tubize, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Customer Service Agent

Vos missions principales sont les suivantes :

  • Vous guidez et aidez nos clients & nos bureaux lorsqu'ils ont des questions/demandent des modifications par téléphone ou par mail. Vous contribuez à la satisfaction de nos clients et partenaires.
  • Vous communiquez de manière assertive toutes les informations demandées par les clients.
  • Dans votre travail, vous respectez les normes de qualité du service.
  • Par votre expertise, vous gérez les dossiers client, vous assurez le suivi de l'activité et assurez l'interfaces avec les services transverses.
  • Vous avez une expérience d'un an minimum sur un poste similaire, au sein d'un call center ou d'une start-up reconnue pour la qualité de son service clientèle;
  • Vous maitrisez les deux langues nationales (FR+NL) verbalement et par écrit (la connaissance de l'anglais et/ou des autres langues est également un atout);
  • Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office;
  • Vous avez une attitude volontaire et vous êtes agile et capable de traiter de nombreuses demandes avec rigueur;
  • Vous disposez d'un permis B + véhicule (formation d'un mois comprenant des jours en déplacement au siège de Villeneuve d'Ascq) ;
  • Vous êtes autonome, ponctuel & orienté solution.
