Voor een internationaal, groeiend en dynamisch bedrijf in Porto, zijn we op zoek naar een Customer Service Medewerker voor verschillende customer service projecten. In deze tijdelijke functie sta je klanten te woord en help je hen verder. Combineer werken met een avontuur in het prachtige Porto of Lissabon!

Je werkt aan diverse customer service projecten Je ondersteunt klanten via telefoon, mail, chat of social media Je werkt in een internationale en multiculturele omgeving Je biedt professionele en klantvriendelijke service Overdag werk je aan de klantendienstafdeling en 's avonds en in het weekend geniet je van Porto, het strand of de stad Je zal werken voor verschillende projecten voor merken zoals Netflix, Nike, Facebook, Bol.com, Insulet, Uber.. Hoe cool is dat?

Kwalificaties

Minimum opleiding A2 (middelbaar onderwijs)

Je hebt een perfecte kennis van het Nederlands en een sterke kennis van het Engels

Je bent bereid om minimum 1 jaar te werken, leven en genieten in Porto vanaf 07/09/2026

Je bent een sociaal en enthousiast persoon

Je bent communicatief sterk, zowel gesproken als geschreven

Je bent avontuurlijk en flexibel

Geen ervaring vereist - dit is een ideale opstapfunctie!
