Uw missie

Na een inloopperiode bent u het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en spelers van Bingoal. Als Customer Service Agent:

  • beantwoordt u per telefoon en/of e-mail praktische en technische vragen (het aanmaken van een account, spelprocedures, ...) van klanten en spelers
  • luistert u aandachtig, communiceert u respectvol en zoekt u proactief naar oplossingen om een kwalitatieve en vlotte afhandeling te garanderen aan de klanten en spelers
  • coördineert u, wanneer nodig, met de verschillende afdelingen (IT, marketing, ...)
  • draagt u bij tot de voortdurende verbetering van de dienstverlening aan klanten en spelers en de werking van het team

Uw profiel

  • U hecht veel belang aan klantentevredenheid en de kwaliteit van de service
  • U bent stressbestendig, kan snel handelen en blijft in alle omstandigheden professioneel
  • U neemt graag initiatief, werkt oplossingsgericht en bent steeds op zoek naar mogelijkheden om te evolueren
  • U bent een teamspeler en draagt bij tot het creëren en behouden van een goede (en leuke) werkplek
  • Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie is een pluspunt
  • U spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans
  • U kan makkelijk overweg met technologieën en kan vlot werken met Excel
  • U bent bereid in Brussel (Laeken) te werken en heeft flexibele avond- en weekenduren
  • Affiniteit met sport, paardenrennen en/of kansspelen is een troef
