Standort: 8074 Raaba Anstellungsart: 38,5 Wochenstunden (Vollzeit, befristet auf 3 Monate) Eintrittsdatum: ab sofort

Deine Aufgaben

* Telefonische Kund_innenbetreuung (Bestellungen, Fragen und Reklamationen)

* Kompetente Beratung zu Produkten und Dienstleistungen sowie lösungsorientiertes Handeln

* Sorgfältige Dokumentation der Kundenanfragen im System

Das bringst du mit

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1/C2)

* Führerschein B & PKW wünschenswert, jedoch keine Voraussetzung (Anbindung an Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel)

* Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Matura (z. B. Lehre, HAK, HAS, HLW) erwünscht, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich

* Erfahrung im Customer Service wünschenswert, jedoch nicht zwingend notwendig

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, eine angenehme Telefonstimme und idealerweise bereits Berufserfahrung

* Souveränes und empathisches Auftreten auch bei anspruchsvollen Gesprächen

* Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC
