The posting

Wij zijn een transportbedrijf gespecialiseerd in containertransport met meer dan 30 jaar ervaring. Voor onze afdeling te 2861 ( Onze-Lieve-Vr-Waver) zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerd logistiek bediende/customer service cotnainertransport.

Wat zijn je taken?

-Je ondersteunt de transportplanner in zijn/haar dagdagelijkse activiteiten

-Je houdt de mails bij en informeert waar nodig de collega’s

-Je maakt de nodige TAR/TAS codes aan en controleert deze

-Je verricht algemene administratieve taken binnen het team zoals facturatie, credit nota’s, opvragen van verzekeringen en vergunning.

-Je staat in contact met klanten/leveranciers en helpt mee problemen oplossen

Wie zoeken wij?

-Je hebt werkervaring in de containertransportsector (groot pluspunt)

-Je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van het aanmaken van TAR/TAS codes

-Je beheerst vlot de Nederlandse taal en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Engels (Frans is een pluspunt)

-Je bent stressbestendig en positief ingesteld

-Je bent flexibel, collegiaal en werkt nauwgezet

-Je hebt een klant gerichte attitude

-Je hebt een digitale mindset (Excel, Word, bedrijfseigen systemen)

- Je bent bereid te werken in verschillende roosters (geen nachtwerk)
