Jobomschrijving

  • Administratieve opvolging van alle logistieke activiteiten voor toegewezen klanten
  • Optreden als primair operationeel contactpunt tussen klant en interne afdelingen
  • Bewaken van klantafspraken, servicelevels en werkinstructies
  • Coördinatie met Warehouse, Douane en Transportteams
  • Regelmatige afstemming met klanten over planning, prestaties en verbeterpunten
  • Beheren en opvolgen van klachten
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en voorstellen van oplossingen
  • Actieve bijdrage aan optimalisatie- en verbeterprojecten
  • Heeft een eerste ervaring in administratie of een klantgerichte functie
  • Affiniteit met of interesse in logistieke processen
  • Is communicatief sterk en klantgericht
  • Analytisch ingesteld en oplossingsgericht in aanpak
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands én Engels
  • Nauwkeurig, proactief en in staat om overzicht te bewaren in een dynamische omgeving
