We zoeken een Customer Service Design Specialist die energie krijgt van klantcontact en makkelijk schakelt tussen klant, design en leverancier. Jij bent de communicatieve schakel die overzicht houdt, vragen helder vertaalt en zorgt dat iedereen precies weet wat er nodig is. Met flair, daadkracht en afspraak is afspraak. Wat ga je doen? Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen klant, design en leverancier. Je vertaalt klantvragen naar duidelijke input voor onze ontwerpstudio, stemt ontwerpen en drukproeven af en zorgt dat leveranciers de juiste informatie krijgen. Zo loopt het proces soepel en krijgt de klant een strak eindresultaat. Jij zorgt dat iedere klant zich gehoord en goed geholpen voelt. Via telefoon, mail, chat of WhatsApp pak je vragen, klachten en informatieverzoeken vlot en daadkrachtig op. Je hebt gevoel voor grafisch werk. Je snapt waarom een logo scherp moet zijn, waarom een ontwerp moet kloppen en waarom details het verschil maken. Zie je iets dat beter kan? Dan trek je op tijd aan de bel. Daarnaast verwerk je orders nauwkeurig, bewaak je deadlines en zie je commerciële kansen wanneer ze voorbijkomen. Je gebruikt systemen, AI en andere digitale tools om sneller te werken, slimmer te schakelen en topkwaliteit te leveren. Wat vragen wij van jou? Je hebt MBO werk- en denkniveau en voelt goed aan wat klanten nodig hebben. Je houdt van tempo, duidelijkheid en contact met mensen.
