Jobomschrijving

Als Customer Service Europe ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige orderproces, van aanvraag tot levering. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt voor onze Europese klanten.

Jouw taken omvatten onder meer:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de orderverwerking in SAP van A tot Z.
  • Je staat in contact met verschillende en externe partijen zoals klanten, leveranciers en transportpartners.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met o.a. de productiesite.
  • Je brengt jouw klanten op de hoogte van eventuele updates en staat hen te woord bij vragen.
  • Je volgt het proces administratief verder op zoals registratie en facturatie.
  • Je denkt mee aan optimalisaties en zoekt steeds mee naar de meest efficiënte manier van werken.

Je werkt voornamelijk met bulkproducten en krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket in een dynamische omgeving.

  • Je hebt een Bachelor werk- en denkniveau en je hebt een eerste relevante werkervaring achter de rug.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je reeds een mooie ervaring opgebouwd in een B2B Customer Service omgeving. Ben je net afgestudeerd? Dan ben je met de juiste werkmentaliteit ook welkom!
  • Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands en je bent vlot in het Engels en Frans en/of Duits.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, je bent leergierig en je hebt een problem-solving mindset.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en je haalt voldoening uit een goed gevuld takenpakket.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en je hecht belang aan een collegiale werkomgeving.
