Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Customer Service Executive zorg je voor een correcte verwerking en opvolging van bestellingen van A tot Z. Je hebt dagelijks contact met klanten en interne afdelingen en bewaakt levertermijnen, klantgegevens en de administratieve opvolging. De functie combineert nauwkeurige administratie met veel telefonisch klantencontact.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Bachelor denkniveau
  • Eerste relevante ervaring binnen customer service, administratie of orderverwerking
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Ervaring met SAP of gelijkaardige ERP-systemen is een plus
  • Sterk administratief en nauwkeurig
  • Klantgericht en communicatief sterk
  • Niet bang om telefonisch contact op te nemen
  • Analytisch ingesteld en oog voor detail
