Jij zit in de driver's seat en krijgt het stuur in handen om met topservice een oplossing voor de klant te verzorgen, net als om jezelf te ontwikkelen tot een echte autohuurexpert én topper op het gebied van klantenservice. Daar ga je dagelijks plankgas voor! Klanten en reisagenten worden door jou in het Nederlands of Engels geholpen via telefoon, chat en mail Jouw advies helpt klanten aan de perfecte auto Ook vragen en problemen tijdens de huurperiode leid jij in goede banen Je schakelt met lokale, buitenlandse partners voor akkoord op boekingen en afhandeling van eventuele vragen tijdens de huur Wisselend rooster met shifts tussen 08.00 en 20.30 uur Samen gaan we voor pole-position Dit is jouw afdeling De Customer Service afdeling Customer Service is hét hart van Sunny Cars. Vanuit ons gedreven team zetten we iedere dag dat stapje extra om de Sunny belofte waar te maken en klanten en lokale partners zo veel én goed mogelijk te ondersteunen. Hoewel geen dag hetzelfde is op de Customer Serivce afdeling, kun je ongeveer deze verdeling verwachten: 80% Je staat telefonisch klaar voor klanten en partners Van een klant die op zoek is naar de perfecte huurauto tot een reiziger die onderweg hulp nodig heeft: jij staat voor ze klaar. Telefonisch help je klanten en reisagenten met vragen voor en tijdens de huurperiode. Dankzij jouw luisterend oor en oplossingsgerichte aanpak weet je precies wat iemand nodig heeft.
