Ben jij het visitekaartje dat onze chauffeurs met de glimlach ontvangt? Bewaar jij het overzicht in een dynamische logistieke omgeving en schakel je moeiteloos tussen administratie en communicatie? Dan zoeken wij jou om ons team te versterken!

Jouw dag als Logistiek Bediende:

Geen dag is hetzelfde, maar je focus ligt op een vlot verloop aan de balie en een waterdichte administratie:

  • Onthaal: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs. Je ontvangt hen aan het loket, controleert hun documenten en verwijst hen naar de juiste laad- of losplaats.
  • Administratieve flow: Je verwerkt orders in het systeem, maakt CMR’s op en controleert alle transportdocumenten op nauwkeurigheid.
  • Communicatie: Je vormt de schakel tussen de chauffeurs en de collega's op de site (magazijn/productie) om alles logistiek in goede banen te leiden.
  • Veiligheid: Je ziet erop toe dat de veiligheidsvoorschriften door iedereen strikt worden nageleefd.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een organisatorisch talent dat houdt van aanpakken en graag in contact staat met mensen.

  • Niveau & Ervaring: Je beschikt over een Bachelor werk- en denkniveau en hebt bij voorkeur al een eerste ervaring in de logistieke sector.
  • Talenknobbel: Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Een basiskennis Frans is essentieel om alle chauffeurs goed te kunnen helpen.
  • Mentaliteit: Je bent flexibel, nauwkeurig en stressbestendig. Je denkt in oplossingen, niet in problemen.
  • Teamplayer: Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar floreert in een hecht team waar tempo en kwaliteit centraal staan.
