Je houdt overzicht over hun transportzendingen, bewaakt gemaakte afspraken en zorgt dat vragen en problemen goed worden opgepakt. Je werkt binnen het internationale stukgoedtransport en schakelt dagelijks met klanten, collega's en DACHSER-vestigingen in Europa. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen de klant en onze logistieke organisatie. Loopt een zending anders dan gepland of ontstaat er een probleem? Dan zoek je uit wat er aan de hand is, stem je af met de juiste collega's en zorg je dat de klant weet waar hij aan toe is. "Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor onze belangrijkste klanten en zorgt dat zij kunnen rekenen op een betrouwbare dienstverlening. " Werkzaamheden Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse ondersteuning van onze key accounts en bewaakt de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening. Je houdt de voortgang van transporten in de gaten en zorgt dat afspraken met klanten worden nagekomen. - Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor een portefeuille van nationale en internationale key accounts. - Je bewaakt de voortgang en kwaliteit van transportzendingen binnen het internationale stukgoedtransport. - Je schakelt dagelijks met planners, warehouse, chauffeurs, sales en internationale DACHSER-vestigingen. - Je bewaakt SLA's, KPI's en logistieke afspraken en signaleert afwijkingen. - Je analyseert problemen en afwijkingen en zorgt samen met collega's voor een passende oplossing. - Je doet verbetervoorstellen om de dienstverlening en klanttevredenheid verder te verbeteren.
