Je houdt overzicht over hun transportzendingen en bewaakt of afspraken over kwaliteit en levering worden nagekomen. Je schakelt met klanten, planners, sales en internationale DACHSER-vestigingen en zorgt dat vragen en problemen snel worden opgepakt. Je krijgt te maken met verschillende logistieke vraagstukken. Je analyseert afwijkingen, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en brengt de juiste collega's bij elkaar om tot een oplossing te komen. Zo draag je niet alleen bij aan een goede dienstverlening, maar ook aan langdurige klantrelaties en het verbeteren van onze logistieke processen. "Je hebt de regie over klantvragen en logistieke processen en zorgt dat afspraken ook in de praktijk worden waargemaakt. " Werkzaamheden Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen key account klanten en de verschillende afdelingen binnen DACHSER. Je bewaakt de voortgang van transporten, houdt zicht op de gemaakte afspraken en zorgt dat afwijkingen worden opgepakt. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega's in binnen- en buitenland. - Coördineren en bewaken van internationale transportzendingen voor key account klanten. - Fungeren als vast aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgen voor een goede opvolging van vragen en afspraken. - Signaleren, analyseren en oplossen van afwijkingen binnen transport- en logistieke processen. - Afstemmen met planners, sales en internationale DACHSER-vestigingen om tot passende oplossingen te komen. - Bewaken van SLA's, KPI's en de leverbetrouwbaarheid van transporten. - Initiëren en ondersteunen van verbeteringen die bijdragen ...
