The posting

Om onze ontwikkeling en groei te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een Customer Service / Klantenservice Medewerker (intern bekend als de Customer Journey Explorer).

Je zorgt voor de klanttevredenheid en je weet wat er moet gebeuren om een first class service te bieden. Je geeft advies, denkt mee over oplossingen en helpt de klanten hun problemen op te lossen.

Je ondersteunt onze klanten bij hun printprojecten en werkt aan een relatie gebaseerd op vertrouwen, advies en nabijheid.

De Print.com groep bezit meerdere online printplatforms voor professionals van de grafische en communicatie sector (Print.com) en voor de endconsumer (Drukland en Reclameland).

Ons assortiment aan printproducten is zeer uitgebreid: papier, sign, groot formaat, textiel en promotionele artikelen. Wij hebben onze eigen productie en de groep groeit snel.

We hebben reeds ongeveer 150 mensen in dienst (300 met de productie). Internationaal zijn we zeer actief (België, Nederland, Frankrijk, Duitsland, UK, Spanje, Italië, Denemarken) en zijn op zoek naar nieuwe collega's. In België zijn we al met 12.

Je rol Door goed en duidelijk te communiceren, goed te luisteren naar de vragen en snel te handelen om hen te helpen, weet jij de klanten tevreden te stellen.

Details van je taken:

  • Klanten blij maken door praktische oplossingen te bieden voor alle vragen over bestellingen, producten of leveringen.
  • Klachten binnen de gestelde tijd afhandelen en ervoor zorgen dat ze worden opgevolgd
  • Contact onderhouden met onze verschillende afdelingen in België en in het buitenland om snel en doeltreffend te reageren
  • Kwaliteitsprocedures toepassen en bijdragen aan de voortdurende verbetering ervan
  • Luisteren naar klanten en hun feedback verzamelen om de groei van Print.com verder te verbeteren.
  • Creativiteit aan de dag leggen om alternatieve oplossingen te bieden wanneer de context dit vereist.

Omdat klanttevredenheid centraal staat bij Print.com, creëren en onderhouden we sterke relaties met onze klanten, gebaseerd op respect en samenwerking.

Reisbenodigdheden

Jij gaat op reis en neemt mee... een koffer vol met ervaring met klanten, een interesse voor onze printproducten (of misschien al printkennis) en een flinke dosis enthousiasme. Deze dynamische reis is geschikt voor teamgenoten die houden van een uitdaging en die net zo goed zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken. Wat je nog meer geschikt maakt voor deze job, lees je hieronder:

  • Je hebt minimum 2 jaar ervaring in een baan waar je veel met klanten werkt.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig, richting klanten, collega's én leveranciers.
  • Snel schakelen in het proces is voor jou geen probleem.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands. Frans en/of Engels spreken is een pluspunt.
  • Wanneer het druk wordt, houdt jij overzicht en geef jij updates, zodat goede service gegarandeerd blijft.
  • Je bent gewend om met meerdere IT-tools tegelijkertijd te werken.
  • Als je print-kennis hebt of als je een grafische opleiding gevolgd hebt is dat een bonuspunt maar je zal sowieso het snel kunnen leren via onze interne opleidingen.
