Heb je ervaring in customer service binnen een productieomgeving en neem je graag de leiding over een klein team?

Je komt terecht in een middelgrote productieomgeving met een duidelijke internationale afzetmarkt. Deze organisatie is actief in de industriële sector en focust op het verwerken en leveren van hoogwaardige producten. Binnen de site werken een beperkt aantal medewerkers, wat zorgt voor korte communicatielijnen en snelle beslissingen.

De rol van Customer Service Lead is cruciaal in het afstemmen van klanten, interne afdelingen en logistieke processen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij zorgt ervoor dat het volledige orderproces van A tot Z correct en efficiënt verloopt van orderbevestiging tot facturatie
  • Je stuurt dagelijks een customer service team van 3 medewerkers aan en ondersteunt hen in hun ontwikkeling
  • Het opmaken van duidelijke en gestructureerde orderbevestigingen behoort tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden
  • Je onderhoudt actief contact met klanten en houdt hen op de hoogte van de voortgang van hun bestellingen
  • Problemen rond transport, logistiek en douane pak je zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht aan
  • Samenwerken met interne afdelingen zoals productie, sales en finance maakt deel uit van je dagelijkse werking
  • Je denkt mee na over procesoptimalisaties en mogelijke efficiëntiewinsten binnen de afdeling
  • KPI’s, knelpunten en verbeteracties breng je helder in kaart en rapporteer je aan de Supply Chain Manager
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring binnen customer service of werkvoorbereiding in een productieomgeving is noodzakelijk
  • Je hebt een vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels voor interne en externe communicatie
