Ter versterking van het team is SD Worx Professionals op zoek naar een Customer Service Medewerker voor een logistieke wereldspeler regio Gent.

Als Customer Service Medewerker ben jij een belangrijke spil voor zowel klanten, collega's en leveranciers.

Je komt terecht in een team van 10 collega's, waar je een gevarieerd takenpakket en verantwoordelijkheid krijgt:

  • Je verwerkt inkomende bestellingen in het systeem en volgt de facturatie op
  • Je maakt afspraken met klanten omtrent leveringen en stemt deze af met collega's van magazijn en transportplanning
  • En biedt administratieve ondersteuning aan de planningsafdeling zoals het inboeken van leveringen
  • Je onderhoudt klantenrelaties en zorgt voor passende oplossingen
  • En zorgt dat alles binnen het wettelijk kader verloopt

  • Internationaal actief in de logistieke sector en staat in voor het vervoer via scheepvaart, spoor en weg
  • Een bedrijf dat inzit op zijn medewerkers en waar veel doorgroeikansen zijn

Naar wie kijkt onze klant uit?

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master diploma (bij voorkeur in een logistieke richting)
  • Je hebt minimum een eerste relevante ervaring achter de rug: binnen een klantgerichte administratieve en logstieke rol
  • Je bent communicatief in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Je kan vlot werken met ERP en Excel

Qua persoonlijkheid en ambitie ben jij iemand die initiatief neemt, maar niet perse de nood heeft om snel door te groeien als teamlead binnen dit team.
