Je coördineert het order-, voorraad- en transportproces en schakelt met klanten, leveranciers en interne afdelingen. Iedere vrijdagmiddag ben je vrij en je werkt in een informeel team. Dit ga je doen Als Customer Service Logistiek Medewerker ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van het hele logistieke proces. Je zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen tijdig worden geleverd en communiceert dagelijks met klanten, transporteurs en collega's. Jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat alles efficiënt verloopt. Je start de dag met het doornemen van openstaande orders en het controleren van leveringen. Daarna verwerk je binnenkomende verkooporders en onderhoud je contact met transporteurs en leveranciers. Je gebruikt jouw talenkennis om Franse klanten goed te helpen. De week sluit je elke vrijdagmiddag af, want dan ben je al om 12:30 uur klaar. - Beheren van het orderproces van A tot Z - Verwerken van verkooporders en facturen - Organiseren en coördineren van transport - Monitoren van voorraad en inkomende goederen - Opvolgen van leveringen en klachten - Plannen van co-packing activiteiten - Ondersteunen van collega's binnen het team Dit krijg je - Salaris tussen €3.000 en €4.000 bruto per maand - 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld - Goede pensioenregeling - Reiskostenvergoeding - Werkweek van 40 uur, vrijdagmiddag vrij (tot 12:30 uur) - Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de organisatie - Interne opleidingsmog...
