Ben jij commercieel ingesteld en haal je energie uit klantencontact? Als Commercieel Bediende zorg je voor een vlotte opvolging van klantvragen, offertes en bestellingen, terwijl je tegelijk de commerciële activiteiten ondersteunt. Je werkt in een internationale context en speelt een actieve rol in het uitbouwen van de klantenportefeuille. Jouw taken?

  • Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor klanten via telefoon en hen snel en efficiënt naar de juiste oplossing begeleiden;
  • Administratieve opvolging verzorgen van offertes, bestellingen en beschikbaarheid van machines;
  • Verhuurproces begeleiden zodat klanten van aanvraag tot afronding vlot geholpen worden;
  • Klantendossiers beheren en een uitstekende service garanderen;
  • Commerciële ondersteuning bieden door te prospecteren en afspraken in te plannen voor de buitendienst;
  • Dagelijks B2B‑contact onderhouden voor prospectie, opvolging van offertes, bevestiging van bestellingen en promoties;
  • Inkomende communicatie verwerken via telefoon en e‑mail;
  • Administratieve verwerking uitvoeren zoals offertes opmaken, bestellingen ingeven en info opvragen bij aankoop.

Dankzij jouw talenkennis en nauwkeurige werkstijl bied je klanten een professionele service. Je begrijpt de volledige salesflow en denkt actief mee met klanten om oplossingen aan te reiken.

  • Uitstekende talenkennis NL/ FR/ ENG. Spaans/ Duits/ Italiaans is zeker en vast een plus;
  • Commerciële drive om de Partsafdeling verder te laten groeien binnen de DACH‑regio;
  • Inzicht in salesprocessen van prospectie tot order dankzij eerdere commerciële ervaring;
  • Sterke communicatiestijl gecombineerd met actief luisteren en inspelen op klantbehoeften;
  • Klantgerichte aanpak met probleemoplossend vermogen en nauwkeurigheid;
  • Teamgerichte ingesteldheid met zin voor initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid.
