Als Customer Service Medewerker ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen de klanten en de verschillende afdelingen binnen onze organisatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat klantvragen, bestellingen en leveringen soepel verlopen en dat onze klanten kunnen rekenen op een uitstekende service.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij vragen over leveringen, bestellingen en voorraad.
  • Je bouwt een goede relatie op met onze klanten en onderhoudt regelmatig contact.
  • Je houdt veranderingen in de klantvraag goed in de gaten en zorgt dat de juiste informatie intern wordt gedeeld.
  • Je volgt bestellingen, leveringen, retouren en eventuele problemen op en zorgt dat deze snel worden opgelost.
  • Je stemt klant specifieke afspraken en leveringsvoorwaarden af met de betrokken collega's.
  • Je werkt met klantportalen en digitale communicatiesystemen om bestellingen en informatie correct te verwerken.
  • Je houdt klanten goed op de hoogte wanneer er iets verandert of wanneer er een probleem ontstaat.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van onder andere planning, logistiek en productie om de klant zo goed mogelijk te helpen.
  • Veiligheid staat bij jou en je collega's altijd voorop.
  • Je bent een enthousiaste en praktische teamspeler die graag contact heeft met klanten.
  • Je houdt overzicht, communiceert duidelijk en vindt het leuk om problemen op te lossen.
  • Je wacht niet graag af, maar komt zelf in actie wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Ervaring binnen customer service, logistiek of een productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar vooral jouw klantgerichte instelling, nauwkeurigheid en communicatieve vaardigheden zijn belangrijk.
