Voor onze klant in Lichtervelde zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste customer service medewerker die in Lichtervelde of Kortrijk werkt. Je komt terecht in een familiaal dienstverlenend bedrijf. Een goede Franse talenkennis en een tikkeltje commercieel talent? Lees dan zeker verder!

Wat zal je doen?

  • Je benadert verhuizende klanten (warme leads, geen koude prospectie) en biedt hen advies over de beste energie- en telecomopties
  • Je voert telefonische gesprekken en zorgt ervoor dat klanten de juiste keuzes maken voor hun situatie
  • Je zorgt voor de administratieve afhandeling van de dossiers, zowel in het interne CRM-systeem als bij de leveranciers
  • Je volgt dossiers van begin tot eind, zorgt voor een vlotte overstap en lost eventuele problemen op wanneer nodig
  • Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent vlot, klantvriendelijk en weet gesprekken op een professionele manier te voeren
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld
  • Je spreekt zowel het Nederlands als het Frans vlot
  • Je werkt snel en efficiënt met computers en digitale tools, en kunt vlot schakelen tussen verschillende systemen
  • Je blijft kalm onder druk en zoekt altijd naar oplossingen
  • Een eerste ervaring in een commerciële functie of klantendienst is een plus, maar geen vereiste
  • Je hebt minimaal eenTSO diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Je kunt snel schakelen tussen verschillende taken en klantenbehoeften
