Voor één van onze klanten, een toonaangevende speler binnen de automotive sector, zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Customer Service Medewerker. Ben jij een geboren organisator, hou je van klantencontact en krijg je energie van het vinden van oplossingen? Dan ben jij misschien wel de collega die we zoeken!

Jouw uitdaging

Als Customer Service Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en vorm je de brug tussen de klant en de werkplaats. Dankzij jouw klantgerichte aanpak zorg je voor een vlotte dienstverlening en een optimale planning.

Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het beantwoorden van inkomende telefoons, e-mails en andere klantvragen.
  • Het professioneel adviseren van klanten en samen zoeken naar de meest geschikte oplossing.
  • Het inplannen van afspraken voor verschillende vestigingen.
  • Het opmaken van werkorders voor de werkplaats.
  • Het intern communiceren van alle nodige informatie rond klantafspraken.
  • Het proactief contacteren van klanten, bijvoorbeeld voor onderhoud of bandenwissels.
  • Het nauwkeurig verwerken van alle administratieve opvolging.

Wie ben jij?

Jij bent iemand die graag het verschil maakt voor klanten en houdt ervan om alles tot in de puntjes te regelen. Daarnaast herken je jezelf in onderstaande punten:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor denkniveau of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en klant- en servicegericht.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd, nauwkeurig en weet goed prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je bent leergierig en pikt nieuwe software en systemen snel op.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler met een positieve ingesteldheid.
  • Affiniteit met de automotive sector is mooi meegenomen.
