De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als Customer Service Medewerker?

  • Je staat in voor het volledige orderproces van A tot Z, van input en opvolging tot levering en facturatie
  • Dagelijkse communicatie met klanten in zowel Nederlands als Frans waarbij je zorgt voor een vlotte, klantgerichte service
  • Je werkt nauw samen met jouw collega's en fungeert als schakel tussen onze klanten, productieplanning en logistiek
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen in processen en draagt bij aan een efficiënte werking van het customer service team
  • Je beheert zelfstandig je takenpakket en schakelt snel bij onverwachte vragen of wijzigingen

Onze klant Als Customer Service Medewerker kom je terecht in een toonaangevende speler binnen de sector van glasfolies en industriële coatings. Deze organisatie regio Zulte maakt deel uit van een internationale groep en specialiseert zich in de ontwikkeling en productie van hoogwaardige raamfolies en oppervlaktefilms. Vanuit de Belgische vestiging – één van de weinige sputtercoating-sites wereldwijd – worden innovatieve oplossingen geleverd aan klanten over de hele wereld. Het gaat onder meer om zonwerende films, beschermfolies voor lak en toepassingen in de medische sector. Al deze producten zijn ontworpen met het oog op bescherming, prestatieverbetering en duurzaamheid.

Binnen deze compacte maar ambitieuze vestiging heerst een no-nonsense en hands-on cultuur waar zelfstandigheid, verantwoordelijkheid en samenwerking centraal staan. Ter versterking van het team wordt momenteel gezocht naar een Customer Service Officer die graag bijdraagt aan het verschil. Wie ben jij als Customer Service Officer regio Zulte?

  • Je bent in het bezit van bachelordiploma en blikt daarnaast terug op enkele jaren ervaring binnen Customer Service
  • Daarnaast ben je perfect tweetalig (NL-FR) om professioneel te communiceren met klanten in beide talen
  • Werk je graag zelfstandig en ben je een echte "plantrekker" die ervan houdt om heel wat ownership op zich te nemen? Aarzel dan zeker niet te solliciteren!
  • Tot slot werk je nauwkeurig, klantgericht en voel je je thuis in een technische of productie-omgeving
