Ga aan de slag als customer service medewerker parttime in Portugal! In deze baan voor 20 tot 35 uur per week werk je volledig vanuit huis op het Portugese vasteland. Je start direct goed met een uitgebreide, betaalde training van één tot vier weken waar je alles leert over klantcommunicatie en de systemen. Daarna blijf je groeien in je rol, waarbij je klanten helpt via e-mail, telefoon en social media. Je krijgt eerst een jaarcontract, maar bij goed functioneren volgen er verlengingen en uiteindelijk een vast contract, wat een perfecte en veilige basis is om jouw leven in Portugal op te bouwen! Wat worden jouw taken? - Je helpt klanten met diverse vragen en klachten via meerdere kanalen. - Je voltooit de fulltime training (negen tot zes) van maximaal twintig werkdagen. - Je werkt actief aan je communicatieve vaardigheden en kennis. - Je stemt af met collega's om processen en antwoorden te verbeteren. - Je houdt de klantdossiers accuraat en up-to-date bij. Jij bent leergierig, ambitieus en houdt van aanpakken. Je ziet deze baan als een mooie stap om werkervaring op te doen terwijl je in het buitenland woont. Je snapt dat een thuiswerkbaan discipline vereist en je zorgt er dan ook voor dat jouw werkplek altijd rustig en professioneel is. Je spreekt helder, schrijft foutloos en raakt niet in paniek van een uitdagende klantvraag.
