Voor onze groeiende organisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en nauwkeurige Customer Service Medewerker met technische kennis. Ben jij klantgericht, technisch sterk en krijg je energie van het organiseren van complexe orders? Heb je affiniteit met de grafische industrie en begrijp je hoe belangrijk een correcte vertaling van klantwensen naar productie is? Dan maken wij graag kennis met jou. Je werkt mee aan verpakkingsmaterialen voor de Healthcare & Specialty sector die wereldwijd worden gebruikt. De orders die jij begeleidt vragen om technisch inzicht en nauwe samenwerking. Wat ga je doen Als Customer Service Medewerker ben jij de regisseur van het orderproces en het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Met jouw technische kennis zorg je er van aanvraag tot levering voor dat klantwensen correct worden vertaald naar productie-instructies en voorkom je dat fouten of onduidelijkheden leiden tot vertragingen, afwijkingen of klachten. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Het verwerken en bewaken van klantorders gedurende het gehele orderproces. - Het controleren en verwerken van technische productspecificaties. - Het coördineren van wijzigingsprocessen tussen klant, prepress en productie. - Het signaleren van risico's en proactief oplossen van knelpunten. - Het ondersteunen bij klachtenafhandeling. - Het initiëren en ondersteunen van verbeterprojecten binnen Customer Service, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van procesverbetering, digitalisering en klanttevredenheid. Wie ben jij Jij bent iemand die energie krijgt van het organiseren, coördineren en succesvol afronden van complexe klantorders. Je begrijpt dat een kleine wijziging in een specificatie grote gevolgen kan hebben voor productie en levering. Daarom werk je nauwkeurig, denk je vooruit en schakel je makkelijk tussen klant, techniek en operatie...
