Als Customer Service Medewerker pak je vragen en problemen actief op. Je zoekt uit wat er speelt, regelt een oplossing en houdt de klant op de hoogte. Schakel je een collega in? Dan blijf jij het aanspreekpunt. Met jouw positieve instelling en plezier in problemen oplossen zorg je dat klanten prettig zakendoen met Technische Unie. Ervaring in techniek is niet nodig. Wij leren je onze producten, systemen en werkwijze kennen. Dit ga je doen Een klant heeft een vraag of probleem. Jij komt meteen in actie. Je luistert, vraagt door en regelt wat nodig is. Kun je iets niet zelf oplossen? Dan schakel je de juiste collega in. Jij bewaakt de voortgang en houdt de klant op de hoogte totdat alles is geregeld. Je gaat onder andere: - klanten helpen via telefoon, e-mail en Teams; - vragen over bestellingen, levertijden en service oplossen; - retouren en naleveringen van begin tot eind regelen; - klanten zelf informeren bij wijzigingen of vertraging; - samenwerken met collega's van verkoop en logistiek; - afspraken vastleggen en de voortgang bewaken; - meedenken over een betere klantreis. Jij zorgt dat de klant zich gehoord en geholpen voelt. Je team Je komt terecht in een jong, dynamisch en professioneel team. Binnen Customer Service werk je met ongeveer 6 collega's. Op de locatie werken in totaal zo'n 25 collega's op de binnendienst en 6 collega's in ons servicecentrum (winkel). Je werkt nauw samen met elkaar.
