Voor een groeiend productiebedrijf in regio Tielt zijn we op zoek naar een Customer Service medewerker. In deze functie ben je de schakel tussen de klant, productie, logistiek en sales en zorg je ervoor dat bestellingen correct en tijdig opgevolgd worden. Daar staat natuurlijk ook een mooi loonpakket tegenover. Je kan rekenen op een brutoloon tussen €2500 en €3000 per maand, aangevuld met maaltijdcheques van €9,50 per gewerkte dag en een gsm, er is ook mogelijkheid om enkele dagen van thuis te werken!

Voor deze functie is een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels belangrijk. Kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Opvolgen van klantorders van bestelling tot levering
  • Coördineren en beheren van verkooporders
  • Klanten te woord staan en hen informeren over hun bestellingen
  • De leveringsprestaties opvolgen en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Gegevens en klantinformatie correct bijhouden in het EDI-systeem
  • Meewerken aan verbeteringen binnen de klantenservice en Supply Chain
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een pluspunt
  • Enthousiast en klantgericht
