De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit als customer service medewerker?

  • Je fungeert als het centraal aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, voornamelijk telefonisch.
  • Problemen en vragen van de klanten probeer je zo goed mogelijk van op afstand op te lossen.
  • Je staat in voor het inplannen van onderhouden, interventies en opleidingen.
  • Samen met externe partners ga je de werktaken opvolgen.

Onze klant Je komt terecht in een bloeiende KMO regio Roeselare gespecialiseerd in kantoorinrichting. Naast open communicatie heerst er een positieve en collegiale sfeer waardoor je jou onmiddellijk thuis voelt in het bedrijf. Dankzij de flexibiliteit en autonomie die je hier krijgt, heb je zeker en vast de kans om jouw stempel te drukken op deze groeiende onderneming. Wie ben jij als helpdesk medewerker?

  • Je beschikt over een secundair of hoger diploma, idealiter in een administratieve richting
  • Technische affiniteit? Dat is een plus!
  • Naast een perfecte beheersing van het Nederlands, spreek je vlot Frans & Engels.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je een goede kennis MS office en enige ervaring in werken met een ERP-pakket.
  • Initiatiefnemer, organisatorisch sterk en vlotte communicator, dat zijn de woorden die jou het beste omschrijven!
  • Je bent woonachtig regio Roeselare.
