Ben jij administratief sterk, hou je graag het overzicht en krijg je energie van klanten verder helpen? Voor een stabiele speler binnen de logistieke sector zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Customer Service Medewerker voor de warehousingafdeling in Evergem.

In deze functie ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten en chauffeurs. Je beheert klantendossiers en orders van A tot Z en zorgt voor een correcte informatiestroom tussen klanten, magazijn en administratie.

Wat zal je job inhouden?

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van klantenorders en de bijhorende documenten.
  • Beheren van klantendossiers en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.
  • Beantwoorden van klantvragen en zoeken naar passende oplossingen.
  • Opmaken en controleren van facturen.
  • Chauffeurs verder helpen aan het loket en de nodige documenten bezorgen.
  • Afstemmen met collega's van het magazijn en de administratie over de dagelijkse planning en opvolging.
  • Een hogere opleiding en ongeveer 5 jaar ervaring binnen de logistieke dienstverlening.
  • Ervaring binnen warehousing is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en kan goed het overzicht bewaren.
  • Klantgericht en communicatief, ook tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Vlotte kennis van MS Office en ervaring met een WMS. Kennis van TRIS is een pluspunt.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Basiskennis van Frans of Duits is mooi meegenomen.
  • Een zelfstandige werkhouding, gecombineerd met een goede samenwerking met collega's.
