Als specialist in voedselverpakkingen werken we voortdurend aan verantwoordere praktijken en duurzamere materialen en die ambitie vertaalt zich ook naar hoe we onze klanten bedienen. Voor onze afdeling Customer Service zoeken we een medewerker die het aanspreekpunt wordt voor onze klanten en die het volledige proces mee bewaakt en verbetert. Je komt terecht in een internationale groep die blijft groeien, met veel ruimte om processen en systemen mee vorm te geven. Wat je gaat doen: - Verwerkt, controleert en volgt complexe verkooporders op in SAP, van begin tot eind - Bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten over hun bestellingen, leveringen en afspraken - Bewaakt en optimaliseert het volledige proces - Bent key user voor SAP op het vlak van order management en stamdata - Controleert en vervolledigt ordergegevens en commerciële afspraken - Stemt af met sales, supply chain en productie over beschikbaarheid, planning en levercondities - Signaleert knelpunten en stelt zelf procesverbeteringen voor en implementeert ze ook - Beheert klantdata, contracten en kredietlimieten - Bent het interne aanspreekpunt voor collega's rond ordermanagement en systemen Wat je meebrengt : - Minstens 1 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie (customer service, sales support, ordermanagement) - Sterke, aantoonbare ervaring met SAP (must-have) - Klantgerichte instelling, gecombineerd met een analytische blik op processen en data - Een proactieve, hands-on en resultaatgerichte mindset - Stressbestendigheid en het vermogen om prioriteiten te bewaken in een dynamische omgeving - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en stakeholdermanagement - Nauwkeurigheid, structuur en oog voor kwaliteit - Vlot Nederlands en Engels Wat wij bieden ...
