Je zorgt ervoor dat vragen snel en professioneel worden opgepakt en denkt actief mee over passende oplossingen. HOE ZIET JOUW WERKDAG ERUIT? Als customer care medeweker heb je een veelzijdige functie waarin klantcontact en administratieve werkzaamheden samenkomen. Jij bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor zakelijke klanten en zorgt ervoor dat vragen en verzoeken snel en zorgvuldig worden opgepakt. Daarnaast voer je klanttevredenheidsonderzoeken uit, stel je offertes op en zorg je voor een goede opvolging hiervan. Je verwerkt administratieve gegevens en beheert binnenkomende tickets in het CRM-systeem. Door goed te luisteren naar klanten signaleer je verbeterpunten en denk je actief mee over hoe de dienstverlening en klantbeleving verder kunnen worden verbeterd. HERKEN JIJ JEZELF IN DIT PROFIEL? - Jij beschikt over hbo-werk- en denkniveau. - Affiniteit met en/of ervaring in klantcontact. - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Een positieve, klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte instelling. - Woonachtig in Amsterdam of omgeving.
