- Vacature Customer Service Medewerker 's-Hertogenbosch Logo Raaak Personeel Wat ga je doen Als Customer Service Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen vlot en correct opgenomen worden, zowel telefonisch, per mail als via andere digitale systemen. Je verwerkt orders nauwkeurig in het systeem en denkt actief mee met de klant. Hierbij kijk je niet alleen naar het verwerken van de order, maar ook naar mogelijkheden om extra diensten of producten aan te bieden. Je werkt nauw samen met de salesafdeling en de planning, zodat alles soepel verloopt en de klant tevreden is. Samen met je team zorg je ervoor dat het servicelevel altijd op orde is en dat klanten zich gehoord en geholpen voelen. Geen dag is hetzelfde; de afwisseling tussen administratie, klantcontact en het oplossen van vragen houdt je scherp en betrokken. Hier wordt hard gewerkt, maar er is ook volop ruimte voor plezier, zoals vrijdagmiddagborrels en het samen vieren van successen. De organisatie is internationaal en ambitieus, met een informele sfeer en veel collegialiteit. Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag tussen 07:00 en 17:00 uur, waarbij de werktijden in overleg worden bepaald. Je werkplek is centraal gelegen op het hoofdkantoor in 's-Hertogenbosch.
