Om klanten die erop vertrouwen dat hun producten op tijd en volgens afspraak aankomen. Iedere dag zorgen wij ervoor dat verse producten van producenten hun weg vinden naar supermarkten, horeca en uiteindelijk consumenten in de hele Benelux. Daarmee zijn wij een onmisbare schakel in de foodchain. Als Customer Service Medewerker ben jij de onmisbare schakel tussen onze klanten, planning en de commerciële afdeling. Iemand die samen met ons wil bouwen aan een afdeling waar klantgerichtheid, eigenaarschap en continue verbetering centraal staan. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de wensen, vragen en uitdagingen van klanten worden gehoord en vertaald naar de juiste acties binnen de organisatie. Klanten verwachten vandaag de dag maximale betrouwbaarheid. Daarom zorgen wij ervoor dat iedere pallet op het juiste moment op de juiste plaats staat. Jij bewaakt het volledige proces van order tot levering en zorgt ervoor dat klanten altijd kunnen rekenen op persoonlijke aandacht, snelle communicatie en doortastende oplossingen. Jij speelt hierin een centrale rol door leverafspraken met klanten af te stemmen en deze te vertalen naar een haalbare uitvoering samen met de planning. Tegelijkertijd bereid je de operatie van morgen voor en zorg je ervoor dat uitdagingen van vandaag direct en proactief worden opgelost. Geen dag is hetzelfde. In deze dynamische functie krijg je te maken met uiteenlopende vraagstukken en onverwachte situaties. Je weet je goed in te leven in de klant en denkt niet alleen mee over oplossingen, maar ook over hoe we problemen in de toekomst kunnen voorkomen. Als organisatie zitten wij bovendien niet stil.
